So, what is included when Rainbow Pressure Cleaning cleans the exterior of my home?

Every bit of siding from the ground up is cleaned with our Safe low pressure system. That includes your porch ceilings and any tough to reach spots up high. And while we are at it, we’ll be sure to clean your windows and doors too!

What about your brick surfaces?

Yes, they will get washed as well… When we are cleaning your siding and eaves we will manage to get soap all over your brick, So we’ll go ahead and give it a good wash down too. Plus, any dirt dobber nests or mildewed areas will be cleaned as well.

How much would it cost to clean your home?

Every home is priced according to size, complexity & level of dirt. All prices given over the phone are the base price for the basic service estimate only and the technician will give final price before work begins.

Get Ready for Wash Day.

1. Customer should pre rinse all plants & grass the technician will rinse as he cleans and customer should rinse again after cleaning. 99% of time there is never a problem. All Chemicals are bio-degradable Chlorine Free or reduced to less than 1%

2. If you are able we ask that you remove screens and place on carport all stacked together. Replace screens after dry. We will do this for you if you are unable to but the Company cannot be held liable for screens, tabs & corners as they become brittle with age. Remove bicycles, potted plants, trash containers, anything that should not get wet or be in the way. There is an extra charge if there is allot of objects that need to be moved before cleaning begins. Technician cannot remove interior screens unless advanced arrangements are made and there is an extra charge.

3. If technician must use special chemicals and scrub awnings, trim or other surfaces to remove water stains, heavy oxidation, grease/oil, rust or other stain there is an extra charge. We do not guarantee the removal of any stain or substance from any surface.

4. Prep for painting or restorative cleaning takes allot of extra work as well as special chemicals and the company must know in advance that this is the type of cleaning that you want there is an extra charge for this.

5. After Pressure Washing we scrub and squeegee glass windows to minimize spotting and streaking as a courtesy at no additional charge for our deluxe contracts only (they will not be spot or drip free & we do not do fake or real multi pane windows or doors )

6. If you have vinyl windows we will rinse them thoroughly with clean water but there will be spots caused by mineral deposits that are in the hard water. If you want them to be spot free they should be removed or be hand cleaned with soft cloth as soon as possible after Pressure Washing.

7. Due to the low slope of lanai and carport ceilings the mineral deposits in the water will also leave spots there.

8. Long term Advanced appointments must be re-confirmed two weeks before service date by either post card or phone call if you are still up north. If you are here year round we will start trying to reach you approximately one to two weeks in advance. If you want to make sure you don’t miss your advance date and you think that we may not be able to reach you, we do accept advance payments, master card and visa and credit your account and in these cases we will wash on the scheduled date even if we don’t reach you. 9. If customer is not going to be home on scheduled wash date and there is a note on the door, technician will wash if home is ready and a bill will be sent or left. To avoid any disappointment sign up for one of our programs.

10. At all times we take due care to prevent problems but when pressure washing the company can not be responsible for leaky windows, doors or improperly sealed areas, flaky/old or improperly painted surfaces, brittle screens, vinyl’s, roll up blinds, loose siding, flowers, shrubs or grass. Improperly fastened lights, temp. gauges,. any electrical Items etc. etc. etc.

Terms & Conditions for Service.

ALL WORK DONE AT CUSTOMERS OWN RISK. WARNING! SLIPPERY WHEN WET. WHEN YOU ARE GONE DO NOT LEAVE WATER VALVES OPEN INSIDE YOUR HOME

(Semi-annual means every six months going beyond six months will result in additional charge) Your next tentative date is on the invoice. We will try to re-confirm contracted accounts prior to each service date but if unable to reach you we cannot schedule your date and will wait for you to contact us, this will result in an increase in price. Contract guarantees lowest price, approximate service date pending final routing, NO TIMES CAN BE GIVEN, we will be there on date confirmed. Price subject to change with notice. Annual contracts must be prepaid to guarantee dates. This contract shall continue from year to year until cancelled. All work done at customers own risk, windows, sky lights, vinyl windows, doors additions, electrical outlets, fans etc., may leak, screens and plastic corners may be brittle and the company cannot be held liable for any damage as a result. Driveways, walkways, patios and furniture are not cleaned as part of job unless specified  above and there is a charge. Be careful of wet surfaces, you agree not to hold us responsible for falls, allowing us to do the work constitutes acceptance even if not signed.

 

Rainbow Enterprises agrees to perform or cause to be performed the service indicated in a proper and workmanlike manner, using equipment and chemicals standard for the cleaning industry. Keep in mind your home is not a submarine & there are numerous areas that can leak to minimize this we do not use high pressure to wash your home but do have it available if needed for flat work.

We ask all customers to prepare for wash day by moving, or covering all obstacles or items that can’t get wet ( electrical outlets, fans, lights, potted plants etc. etc. ), remove screens and stack on driveway next to wall if able. We cannot be responsible for any screens or their condition as they are a constant maintenance item. Notify technician of any possible problem areas. The customer agrees that the Company shall not be liable for the failure to remove stains from any surface, nor for any DISCOLORATION FROM non-water fast dyes or backing threads, opening of pasted seams  nor for a CHANGE in color of any indoor outdoor carpet regardless of the cause, no CHANGES IN TEXTURE OR SHADING that may appear either before or after cleaning on any surface , not for SHRINKAGE OR STRETCHING of any surface, or FADING or SPOTS on any surface being cleaned. When pressure washing the company is not responsible for loose tiles or shingles, broken, loose, cracked, stained or discolored concrete decks, walls, roofs, walks, driveways etc.., flaking paint, oxidized paint, cracked windows, brittle or damaged vinyl’s or screens, water spots or streaking of vinyl’s or windows, any discoloration to painted surfaces, blinds, or any other surface,  leaking windows, doors or seals, attached lights, ceiling fans, nick-knacks, temp gauges, etc., defoliation, yellowing, trampling or death of plants, grass or shrubs no matter the cause., except for gross incompetence, water valves left open inside the home. Some granules on asphalt shingle roofs will be rinsed off, this is normal. The technician will rinse thoroughly as he cleans and the client should rinse all plants and grass before and after cleaning. All work done only at customers risk. We do not guarantee the removal of any stain. We are not responsible for leaks during or after the cleaning of any surface or electrical components of any kind.

Customer agrees to notify company of any deficiencies or claims for work done, within seven days of the completion of the work. Customer agrees to give thirty days  notice to cancel contracts, and at least 48 hrs to change appointment dates, failure to do so will result in a minimum service charge of $50 (we regret this is necessary because we have set aside this time for your service and when you fail to give notice we have lost this time). Changing your contract by reducing service or moving dates may result in price increases for service as our service packages give you lowest possible price. If for any reason a contract date is missed by more than thirty days your next wash will increase at $10 per month for up to three months over contract date and then service will be at the annual rate until you go back on the six month schedule. The company may have to move your date slightly from time to time due to unforeseen problems or routing conditions but in no event will the company ever totally cancel a scheduled date until the next wash date.  It is highly recommended to not change service dates once given because open spots are rare as most of our clients are on a contract basis.

Company will try to re-confirm all appointments prior to service date but if we do not reach you we cannot perform service and will wait for you to contact us, this may result in a price increase. If you have a car in the driveway we will wash the car but you may have water spots on it unless you tell us not to wash the car, our products will not harm your cars finish.

 

In the event of annual jobs ( UNLESS YOU SIGN AN ANNUAL CONTRACT, ) if we can’t reconfirm wash date within 72 hours we will have to remove you from schedule until we hear from you.  All contracts re-new automatically from year to year until cancelled. Prices are not guaranteed to remain the same (except for the term of some contracts as specified) and are subject to change, notice will be given if possible prior to work. Contract customers always receive the lowest rates possible and guaranteed approximate service dates. All jobs are priced according to size, complexity, and environmental conditions at time service is performed.

Contracts are transferable to new owners (very highly recommended in order to avoid losing service date).

If payment is made to anyone other than Rainbow Enterprises the customer is liable for the full amount of contracted work. Customer understands that if check is returned unpaid and agrees to pay a $30 service charge. If returned check’s are not paid within 30 days, customer further agrees to be responsible for any court fees, bank service charges, interest, and any other expenses incurred. The receipt of a copy of the work order, sales receipt, invoice, etc. regardless of the customers signature constitutes acknowledgement. Customer authorizes a delinquency charge of 2% per month (24% annual interest) or $5 whichever is greater, to be added to any outstanding past due balance. Customer understands all invoices are due on completion of scheduled work unless other arrangements are made prior to scheduled work. Customer acknowledges and accepts this agreement and that he, she has read and understands this document.
