Terms & Conditions
Please review the Terms & Conditions below. When you are ready, use the form to acknowledge and accept them.
ALL WORK PERFORMED AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK.
WARNING: SURFACES ARE EXTREMELY SLIPPERY WHEN WET.
Rainbow Pressure Cleaning wants every customer to fully understand our service expectations, procedures, and limitations. Please review this agreement carefully. By scheduling service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Description of Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the property owner (“Client”) and Rainbow Pressure Cleaning, including its owners, employees, and subcontractors (“Company”). This agreement applies to all residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and related services. The Company may update these Terms at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or through estimate/invoice links.
Authorizations
By scheduling service, the Client authorizes the Company to access the property for inspection, service, and post-service review; use the Client’s outdoor water spigot; reschedule service due to weather; and visit the property without notice for assessment or follow-up.
Client agrees to provide a working outdoor water spigot. If the property is on well water or has low pressure, the Client must notify the Company in advance. If the Company must supply water, a $75 water-supply fee applies. The Company does not use the Client’s electricity.
Risks & Release of Liability
Rainbow Pressure Cleaning uses industry-standard techniques and low-pressure methods on delicate surfaces. However, the Client understands that older, neglected, or low-quality materials may be damaged during normal cleaning; pre-existing damage may become more visible; the Client is responsible for maintaining watertight seals; and the Company is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, natural aging, or hidden defects.
Technicians will document visible damage before service. If new damage is discovered during cleaning, work will stop until the Client can review it.
Plant & Property Protection
The Company follows procedures to protect landscaping. However, some plant or grass damage may occur. The Company is not responsible for plant loss or discoloration.
House Wash Acknowledgment
Client understands that oxidation on siding may become more visible after cleaning; sun-exposed vinyl is prone to oxidation; basic window rinsing may leave water spots; spot-free windows require the purified water-fed pole system; and screens should be removed prior to service.
If screens must be removed by the Company, a fee may apply, and the Company is not responsible for brittle or damaged screens.
Roof Wash Acknowledgment
Client understands that roofs react differently to cleaning solutions; black streaks may turn brown before disappearing; moss and lichen may take weeks to fall off; full results may take 6–8 weeks; and the Company will reassess if results remain after 8 weeks.
The Company’s cleaning solution is designed for roof cleaning and will not discolor shingles.
