Any customer who receives service every six months or more. Annual customers are not eligible unless they sign up for six month service.
Your membership includes your regular exterior cleaning every six months.
Any optional add‑on services — such as roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, sidewalks, etc — can be added to your plan and included in your monthly payment, or you can pay for the add‑on in full at the time of service.

Yes. You can cancel at any time after your first full six‑month service cycle.
If you cancel before completing your first six‑month cleaning, any remaining balance for services already received will be due at the regular non‑member rate.

When you refer a new customer, you receive a $20 prepaid Visa card after they complete one full year of service.Your referral also receives a $20 prepaid Visa card after completing their first full year.

If you skip or delay a scheduled cleaning beyond a few days your membership benefits end and you return to standard pricing. When rejoining, you may be subject to the current pricing at that time, as membership pricing is limited and may not be available.
